Booking Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a courier booking before the shipment has been picked up or processed.

Once a shipment has been picked up, handed over to the courier network, or dispatched, the booking cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer.
• Payment received but shipment booking could not be processed due to operational reasons.
• Cancellation requested and approved before shipment pickup or processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Shipment has already been picked up or dispatched.
• Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance, public holidays, strikes, or events beyond our control.
• Incorrect address, recipient details, or information provided by the customer.
• Refusal of shipment by the recipient.
• Packages containing prohibited or restricted items.
• Failed deliveries due to customer-related reasons.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event of a damaged or lost shipment, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Claims will be reviewed according to the policies and compensation guidelines of the respective courier service provider. Supporting documents, shipment details, and proof may be required during the investigation process.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee compensation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
